My teacher said something the other day that made our entire class go completely silent. Someone in the back of the room made the comment that being gay was gross and disgusting and a moral sin. My teacher looks at this kid and asks if they are pro life or pro choice. The kid says they are pro life. My teacher asks: “There is a baby in it’s mother’s womb, and she is about to get an abortion. Would you try to convince her not to?” the student says yes they would. Then my teacher says: “Now let’s say you knew the baby would be gay. Would you still try to talk her out of it?” Ask yourself that. And if you can’t answer yes to both, maybe you need to re-evaluate your morals.
